Winter Development Program Registration
This program is open to all RUSC House League and Competitive Team players from U7 to U17.
The objective of this program is to develop skilled, confident and creative players, make the sport fun to practice and play, and teach good sportsmanship and respect for all. It is our goal to place players in a safe, learning, fun yet challenging environment so that the players can enjoy the game while learning new skills and techniques.
Because the RUSC WDP is conducted entirely in a gymnasium, the RUSC will use Futsal balls which are designed for indoor play. The main difference between a Futsal ball and a typical soccer ball is that the ball is heavier and with less bounce - great for using on hard playing surface.
What can you expect from the program…
1. Player Development
- Players are accepted into the program on sign-up, there are no tryouts.
- Training will be conducted by highly qualified coaches and technical staff.
