Technical Training for players and coaches of U7 teams

The RUSC assistant Technical Director, Mr. Donald Bouchard will provide training session to the players and coaches of the U7 and U9 teams. The identified training sessions will be held on the same day as the regular schedule game day. For the training sessions, instead of the coach practicing with the team, the assistant TD will provide training to the players and coaches during their practice session prior to the game to be played. These training sessions will teach coaches and players new drills and skills based on the RUSC Developmental Program. Players and coaches must be on the field at 5:45 pm as a team to start warm-up exercise. The clinics start at 6:00 pm.
