RUSC has the following levels of play: U4, U5, U6, U7, U9, U11, U14 and U17.

The U4 through U7 leagues play on a different day of the week, e.g. U4 play on Monday, U5 on Tuesday, U6 on Wednesday and U7 on Thursday (for game days, please check the Recreational League schedules )

The U9 and U11 leagues are expected to have gender-based teams. RUSC plans for the Girls and Boys teams to play on a different day of the week. For game days, please check the Recreational League schedules.

The U14 and U17 leagues have mixed-gender teams and each league plays on a different day of the week. For game days, please check the Recreational League schedules.
