Soccer Fitness Festival 14 & 15 August - Volunteers Needed

Soccer Fitness Festival Assistant Coordinator: 2 volunteers
- Two volunteers needed to be trained as Coordinator for next year. These two individuals will assist our Soccer Festival Coordinator with this year's event.
Set-up party: 8 volunteers
- Saturday starts at 7:00 am, ends approximately at 10 am.
Tear down party: 8 volunteers
- Sunday starts at 4:00 pm, ends approximately 5:30 pm
Balloon booth: 4 adults and 6 kids volunteers
- 2 adults & 3 kids Saturday / 2 adults & 3 kids Sunday
- must pickup and return helium canister from store
- distribute balloons to kids on Saturday and Sunday
Forms Administrator: 2 volunteers
- 1 Saturday / 1 Sunday
- Collect and distribute copy of insurance and RUSC consent forms from vendors and volunteers that are participating at the Soccer Fitness Festival
Photographer: 2 volunteers
- 1 Saturday / 1 Sunday
- Must take pictures of all the teams that make it to the final.
Master of Ceremony: 1 volunteer
- Saturday, 10 am until 2 pm
- Must be bilingual to make presentations and introductions
Indoor soccer registration booth: 4 volunteers
- 2 Saturday / 2 Sunday
- To take indoor soccer registration
Game and Entertainment: 8 volunteers
- 4 Saturday / 4 Sunday
- This is for the young kids; we will provide suggestions and ideas.
Various Jobs throughout the day: 6 volunteers
- This job category will only be staffed when all others positions have been filled.
- 3 Saturday / 3 Sunday
- To help when ever needed
