RUSC's Adult Teams play in the Ottawa Carlton Soccer League (OCSL) (www.ocslonline.ca). The teams are formed and players are selected by persons interested in Adult soccer. RUSC's involvement with the Adult Teams is as an administrative assistant.

Adult teams also make use of RUSC's fields and equipment for games and practices. RUSC has access to two full fields with lighting which allows the Adult teams to play later in the evening, typically starting at 8:30 PM.

Adult Teams play approximately 14 or 15 games per season starting at the end of May and ending in late August or early September.
